Gym is very clean and very nice. New clean equipment to use with great space to lift. Shout out especially to the trainers who are extremely friendly and definitely push you to be a better athlete and better person in general. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
GAC is the best gym! I have been a member for many years and couldn't imagine working out anywhere else. The staff care about their members and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The place is clean with nice equipment. Couldn't recommend it more!
Joined up a couple weeks ago after spending 3 years at a Centerville gym. Very impressed with the equipment they have here! Their open room is amazing. For someone like me with joint issues, having sleds, battle ropes, and even curl bars with swivel handles have been a total game changer.
I love G.A.C., I have worked out here for a few years now and I have loved every minute of it, the staff and everybody here is awesome. Coach Issac and Chico have been so helpful and great.
The GAC staff are the best! They have helped my son with speed and agility training, technical training, and most importantly, they help him reduce the risk or injury. Thanks GAC!
