POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -- Bought a beautiful $7,000 Rolex Watch; less than a year later, the stem would not lock into place, so I spent $250 on insurance to mail it back to Gaby's for repair. Gaby's then returned the watch; my husband went to wind it and the STEM FELL OFF! I emailed them a picture of the problem and their only reply was "I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT HAPPENDED".......NO OFFER to repair it again.
