If you get a haircut from Carlos, you won’t want to go to any other barber. He does an excellent job and is highly skilled at what he does. I would recommend booking an appointment in advance, as many people prefer getting their haircut with him and he can get quite busy. One friendly suggestion to Carlos for further improvement would be to strengthen English communication, as it could help the business grow even more.

I wasnt satisfied first off all they said haircolor cost 30 dollars I got everything done next thing you know she said 162 .I was shocked I was like they said it cost 30 dollars and how come everything came to 162. The manager wasnt there too so I couldn't talk to them . I called next day they were like the manager wasnt here . SMH. Im never coming here again . Beside i see gray already I went to yaneth before there color always last months . But dont know why I tried here . I wanted refund but couldn't reach the manager .
Whoever works there after 3:45 PM today, has bad customer service. I walked in today, just like I have before to get my haircut, and I wait my turn, but I then get continuously ignored. After several stylists become free, they keep taking the next person that walked in after I had gotten there. They continue to look at me after they take the next person that walked in, but they continue to not say anything at all.
