I’m a returning client, but after this experience, I won't be back. When I sent reference photos to clarify the darker, more defined look I wanted for an $800 procedure, the response was completely defensive and unprofessional, eventually telling me to "find someone else." At an $800 price point, you deserve an artist who is confident in their work, communicates respectfully, and works with you. Save your money and go to someone who actually values their clients.
