Our restaurant is housed in the Victorian Manhart home which was built at the turn of the 1900's and converted into Gabriel's in 1985. food was great, as was the service. it was plated well and was delicious. went on a Sunday so it wasn't super busy.

Great restaurant, food was wonderful, and service was wonderful.
The appetizers , salad and lamb and veal dishes and wines delicious and our waiter Ray’s service was great! And we were treated to a piece of spice cake for our anniversary.
Just medicore kind of meats and potatoes food. Overpriced. No fancy plating - just kind of thrown on the plate and put in front of you. Slow service. It seems that the repeat customers/locals maybe got better service - and their entrees were plated VERY differently from what they put in front of us. We were observing the tables around us. The old house is interesting - but you can hear every conversation around you - which means, of course, that everyone around you can hear your conversation. Overall impression - eh.
