Malcom on the phone is so helpful and talked me through the process of ordering these flowers for my partner! For those wondering, they no longer use door dash and have dedicated drivers now! so excited to surprise my partner !!

Ordered through door dash the day before, confirmed, and paid for flowers. The following day, when arrangement was supposed to be picked up by the driver, the flower shop notified the driver they were closed.(Driver outside of their door) If your business is on door dash, then you should really pay attention to orders coming through. This is an inconvenience because now my loved one has received no flowers on her special day, and I still have to pay Door dash driver for driving all the way out there. Very unprofessional!
