As a new resident of Gabrielle Run, I am extremely disappointed with the way this office is being managed. The woman at the front desk, the one with glasses, is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her attitude is condescending, and she carries herself as if she is above the very people who pay to live here. Let’s be clear: without the residents, there would be no position for her to hold. Heidi is horrible! We are new residents and all the rumors are true that we pay for her to make the outside pool area unenjoyable. Already regretting moving here.
Heidi is the worst, the other office ladies and Chris is amazing but once Heidi came along it became unenjoyable and we rather pay to go to the beach than go to the pool. All she does is harass the residents and is on a power trip. Her behavior is disturbing and disgusting.
We normally don't leave reviews but unfortunately this place has taken a turn for the worst. The new front desk employee Heidi is beyond unprofessional and makes the paying residents here very uncomfortable. We are the ones who pay for us to enjoy our complex and she makes it unjoyful and uses the power of her being in the office against as a sword.
