05/2026 update: Shout out to Jeff R. and the Gabrielle Run maintenance team. A repair I envisioned with a couple of days turn around time turned out to be just a couple of hours. Jeff had the fix before even getting here and doing the work. 5 Stars to Jeff, the Gabrielle Run maintenance team, and all the concierge resident specialists. Original Review: After one year of living here, it still rates 5-Stars. This is a long overdue "Thank You" to Sabrina, for going above and beyond in helping me get situated.
I've lived in a townhouse for three years and found the staff to be excellent. Jeff in maintenance is incredibly responsive, Chris at the front desk is extremely diligent as is Samantha, and Cheryl makes the property look brand new. The physical property is very nice, but it is truly the staff that puts it over the top.
Maintenance staff is excellent, knows what they are doing and are very helpful. Jeff fixed our dryer this morning and as usual it was done quickly. Last week when it was raining we called the reception office since we weren’t home and asked Tim if he could move our delivery close to our door since the person who delivered our package left it in the rain. He was also efficient. Staff is very nice.
We have lived at Gabrielle Run for almost 5 years. We have always had a great experience with Jeff with anything we needed fixed or maintained. He was prompt and professional, explained everything that he was doing in a way that made it easy to understand. We have always felt very comfortable with Jeff living at Gabrielle Run.
