We have been here for 6+ years and we have had a wonderful experience and plan to continue our residence here. Jeff and Adonis are the best. Jeff came today and took care of our issues promptly & efficiently. We give him 5 stars.
Im looking for a new home to live near Lakewood, Toms River, or Jackson, and my family and I are very excited with Gabrielle Run. Heidi, who showed us around, was a wonderful host, she is very nice persons, and Im currently working with Jael on the final details; she was very kind and professional. We looked at many places, but nowhere else made us feel as welcome as here. They have a really great team!
As a new resident of Gabrielle Run, I am extremely disappointed with the way this office is being managed. The woman at the front desk, the one with glasses, is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her attitude is condescending, and she carries herself as if she is above the very people who pay to live here. Let’s be clear: without the residents, there would be no position for her to hold. Heidi is horrible! We are new residents and all the rumors are true that we pay for her to make the outside pool area unenjoyable. Already regretting moving here.
Heidi is the worst, the other office ladies and Chris is amazing but once Heidi came along it became unenjoyable and we rather pay to go to the beach than go to the pool. All she does is harass the residents and is on a power trip. Her behavior is disturbing and disgusting.
