I've been seeing Dr. Farkas for over a year now. She has helped me so much. I'd been dealing with anxiety for a long time and she has always been an attentive listener and great doctor. Not sure what these other reviews are saying because I have had only positive experiences with her.
I don’t know if maybe she was just having an off day, but either way she was extremely unprofessional. I’m breastfeeding and she made it seem like the only way she could help me with my anxiety was if I agreed to wean my baby…she even went as far as to say that she understands why my current therapist might be frustrated with me because there’s “only so much” someone can do to “deal with” my level of anxiety, especially if I’m not agreeable to meds. I am agreeable to meds but I just don’t want to have to stop breastfeeding. ... read more
