Dr Ode truly cares about her patients. My initial visit with her was excellent. She is pleasant, easy to talk to, and respectful. She answered all my questions, her treatment plan for me was very thorough, and I felt supported during the whole visit. Her team was also lovely: Dr Nicole Baker, Sioban, and Hector. Everyone was attentive and gracious. Even though I was there for a painful condition, it was a wonderful visit.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ode and her incredible team. From the very first consultation to my full recovery, every step of the journey was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and care. Dr. Ode repaired my torn labrum and quite literally gave me my life back. Working with Dr. Ode was excellent. She explained things well, knows her stuff, and I would go back if I ever needed an orthopedist again. Ultimately, I did not need surgery, and I really appreciated talking with a surgeon who was open to solutions that aren't just surgery. The physical therapy routine that she sent to my physical therapist has gotten my shoulder into great shape.
