Working with Dr. Ode was excellent. She explained things well, knows her stuff, and I would go back if I ever needed an orthopedist again. Ultimately, I did not need surgery, and I really appreciated talking with a surgeon who was open to solutions that aren't just surgery. The physical therapy routine that she sent to my physical therapist has gotten my shoulder into great shape.
