Great doctors and wonderful staff.
My experience with Dr. Hosemann at Pediatric Healthcare Alliance in Brandon was excellent. Dr. Hosemann was attentive, professional, and truly made the visit worthwhile. Unfortunately, the experience with the front office/customer service was the complete opposite. Specifically, Ms. Alyssa (if she gave me her real name) was extremely unprofessional and rude during interactions.
