My first visit with Dr. Lopez Cohen went great! Her nurse was professional and kind. The doctor was very thorough in asking my medical history to understand my needs. I never felt rushed and felt like she listened to my concerns and feelings. I’m very glad I decided to transfer my care to her. I truly feel I’m finally getting the level of care I need.
After 8 months of Dr. Lopez being my primary care doctor, unfortunately, I didn't feel my medical needs and concerns were being met to the level that should have been provided. The front office staff is very nice, but behind the scenes there are too many issues and lack of cooperation for the simplest requests which were denied/refused for no valid reason (medical notes/documentation). Leaving this practice for a new physician and office.
