I have been a patient for over 15 years. She listens and explains things thoroughly. She answers questions and is compassionate. She answers calls and shows concern for her patients. She doesn’t push medications but explains medical condition, current research. and options. I trust her and am very satisfied with her care.
Not sure if this event is unlawful or just unethical. But either way we had bad experience already without even seeing the doctor. We found Dr. Ortiz-Omohray’s contact on our insurance’s website as an in-network provider. We called to the office as a new patient trying to make an appointment.
