Telehealth appointment was less than 3 minutes after making me wait on hold for more than 10 minutes. Prescribed me a completely different dose that was 4 times the amount of my normal prescription, which she had prescribed to me before? Did not inform me of the change, gave her zero reason to make the change given our 3 minute phone call, and now i’m stuck without a prescription.
