I chose Dr. Arias based on some good reviews online and visited a total of two times. The office staff was courteous and helpful at both of my visits. The first appt was a simple checkup and it went just ok. I had a few concerns but she dismissed them. Today my wife and I visited Dr. Arias for our annual check up. Over the years we learned that finding a highly capable family doctor with good bed side manners AND backed by friendly and professional support staff is surprisingly difficult. After a painstaking research (I reviewed and compared her education background, her experience, and careful read of all the online comments) I chose to give Dr. Arias a try. The staff is very rude. The manager herself told me over the phone that they don' have time to listen to the patients. So what are you here for? To watch t.v. and relax all day. My condo is very sensitive and I've been a patient there for two years. For the office manager to ask me after I don't talked for two minutes complaining about one of her staff and for her to say "is there something I could help you with, are you a patient here? WOW.....ARE YOU SERIOUS....
If you are looking for a doctor, STOP HERE. Dr. Arias is the one. I won’t bore you with my whole life story but let’s just say, my trust in doctors has consistently declined over my 30 years of life. Misdiagnosis, lack of time to sit and talk with my doctor, holistic care, lack of relevant education beyond just medication fixes, etc. That said, Dr. Arias re-instilled my faith in the western medical system. The staff is great. Dr. Arias is vey caring and professional. She treats you like a human being and not just a number.
Dr Arias was friendly and thorough. She never made me feel rushed or just like a number. Instead she seemed genuinely concerned for my well being and for finding the best course of treatment.
I was very impressed with how caring she seemed. She listened to me and made me feel very comfortable.
