They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Dr. Yeung has a way of making you feel at ease and is very gentle too. He performed an extensive gum graft on my young daughter. I had heard horror stories of residual pain. She recovered virtually pain free.
