Useless & Disappointing! The young woman they sent could not physically handle my mother. The owner came the next visit to see what might help the young woman. Unfortunately my brother forgot to unlock the door. So, they were unable to get in. The next attempt I had forgot to call and let them know she was in the hospital. They have decided to terminate services. NICE! I work 40 plus hours a week and take care of my mother. Did I mention my mother is legally blind, confined to a wheelchair & on dialysis 3 days a week.
