On a recent trip to Italy I found the sofa of my dreams, the Maralunga by Cassina. I had to have a Maralunga sofa for my home! I went to Gabriel Ross where I met design consultant extraordinaire, Katia. I was greatly impressed with Katia, and her kind assistance in designing the perfect size sofa for my living room. We have had good shopping experiences at Gabriel Ross and have found their advice most welcome. Their new showroom on Government Street is large and very nice. We recently had a problem with some chairs that we purchased and Siavash Madani, Showroom Manager, was most helpful in rectifying the issue with the manufacturer. Authentic and well designed furniture, lighting and accessories from world famous designers and the very best manufacturers world-wide. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased pieces from them for over twenty years. Everything we have bought still looks great and is a pleasure to live with.
Been shopping with them for years. This time had the worse customer service ever- Item missing from order, Muriel argued with me that it was not included ( even tho I had bought same lamp before and know it does, even the packaging stated so.) Finally contacted the Supplier and forwarded the email to GR Shop. You can purchase most of what they carry elsewhere, I suggest you do so.
