This is a review of disappointment... I had been a GR customer for well over a decade, via mail order while based solely in Toronto, and loved the product line-up and the Customer Service. Now my husband and I have a second place in Victoria and were so happy to think we could visit the actual store for the first time: a few new light fixtures and smaller items now grace our second home. Exceptional customer service! There was a manufacturing problem on a purchase (no fault of GR), and Anna handled the replacement and return process so well that I just had to share — I wouldn’t hesitate to continue to shop here.

Feel so fortunate to be able to shop at the Gabriel Ross store in Victoria, both in person and online. The quality and selection of the furnishings and home goods are second to none, particularly if you’re looking for modern/iconic designs. The GR team is first-rate - very helpful and responsive.
Edit 07/25: it turns out they had an issue with their ticketing system which made them miss any further messages I sent them. After this review, someone reached out and ensured everything was properly and satisfyingly taken care of. I've also been told of the changes they made to their process and I can confidently say that I would buy from GR again if given the opportunity.
