Amazing experience with incredibly accommodating staff! I called on a Friday at 10 am to order a Herman Miller Embody and it was at my doorstep by 2 pm. I had offered to pick it up myself since I wanted it right away, but Cole went above and beyond by contacting the warehouse to squeeze my order in for a same-day delivery.
