A very disappointing experience with Cole. We came in knowing what we wanted to buy and asked for a quote to be drawn up. Cole collected our details and left us waiting on a couch for nearly 15 minutes. We decided to go downstairs to find out what the delay was, only to hear him having a casual conversation with another couple. We were quite offended and chose to walk out. Cole saw us and just called out “Can I just email you the quote?”. You’d get better service at The Brick.
I bought a supper expensive lamp from them and it turned out not to be certified for the use in Canada. When I email the store about this they gave me a run around stating it has a UL symbol on it and sent me a random picture from unknown device claiming it was from the lamp i purchased. No spec sheet provided for their product either. A standard "UL" mark (no "c" or "us" next to it) does not automatically indicate compliance in Canada. Bought a $3000 Herman miller embody gaming chair from them used for less then 1 month and the tensioner adjust has already broken on it very disappointing.
