I took my cat buddy here and I thought they were great! The receptionists were very friendly. The doctor was very helpful and informative. I believe he really cares for the animals. I recommend this vet!!!
The doctor is absolutely amazing but the front desk girls are seriously in need of training. It’s unfortunate but at the same time I just can’t comprehend how and why you would sign up for a job that you don’t like. I’ve worked front desk at medical facilities and it really is not that hard. However you can’t train someone to be sharp and hospitable at the same time , some people have it some people dont. I hope the doctors consider new hires or a reputable and professional manager who can oversee how the staff conducts them... read more
Love this place! Dr. Ordas is wonderful and very caring. The front desk is always super helpful, creating a warm and safe environment! I always feel safe knowing my little one is under their care.
There is nothing better than when a vet knows your dog and your dogs past. I’ve been going here for about 5 years and my dog has had many health issues (seizures, corneal scratches, skin allergies, GI issues etc). Dr. Ordas is fantastic and always takes his time explaining things to me which is great because I’m a frantic dog parent. And when Dr. Ordas isn’t in and I have Dr Glasser, he is equally as caring, patient and resourceful as Dr Ordas.
