After my second set yesterday morning of lumbar injections for severe lower back pain, I woke up today pretty much pain free and didn't even need OTC pain meds for my arthritis. Yesterday's visit was professional in every aspect: efficient front desk check in, very knowledgeable nurses in prep area, and an incredible caring and very thorough anesthesia nurse! The entire process was as pleasant and efficient overall. Fabulous A plus and highest rating overall!
Dr. Gabriel Marrero, at Summit Spine and Joint Center, is the best in pain management care. He is a dedicated, highly trained and knowledgeable physician. I was impressed with his bedside manners, compassionate personality and how precise he was in my diagnosis and treatment. He had me walking without my agonizing psiatica pain in no time. I am very thankful for my çare team and my treatment regime.
The last thing in the world that I would want for my daughter, no matter how old she is, is for her to become addicted to pain killers. You will regret ever going here.

He’s an amazing Dr. Very empathetic and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all the questions
It seems that every practice Dr. Marrero works at gets rid of the original doctors shortly thereafter. I don't trust a track record like that, nor do I want that in my doctor. Beware!
Dr Marrero is of extreme patience, professionalism and sets a calming tone during visits. He is detailed and takes the time to listen and ezplain. The staff on the other hand i cannot say the same. The front end, nurses have attitudes that make one feel bad. They do not follow thru, they are xondesending, and vause great strss and pain, to add to the already existing discomfort one walks in with.
I have been a patient with him the last two years, he is amazing! Great office!
Such a nice man. Such a crazy office staff. Such a round around. Even my referring doctor was unable to work with them. Too bad. Beware. Find another pain specialist if you are in pain or have been referred.
