I took my MachE in for maintenance service and to address a warranty problem with the paint. I bought up the paint when I was checking in and was told I would need to take the car over to the body shop to have the paint issue looked at after the service was completed. I went to the body shop where I found the manager sitting in the shop smoking a cigarette and asked him to look at the paint. Update: I was sold a flood car and that was never disclosed. I'm only finding this out now because all of the water damage that has fried essential computer systems. There is extensive damage that proves this as there is water damage behind the wheel well and bumper that would only be done if the car was in a flooded area. Never, and I repeat NEVER EVER take your vehicle to the body shop at Gabriel Ford unless you enjoy being spoke to like your stupid, being yelled at, being told that more charges could be added to your bill... read more
