I was in Livingston for business and my oil in my F250 diesel was due according to my sticker. Made an appt and brought it in. The truck was taken immediately and a few minutes later they called me back to the service desk. The service lady checked my account with Ford and found a lot of the service including the oil change was not necessary according to my maintenance policy with Ford.
