We went to Gabriel Buick today to discuss purchasing a new vehicle we saw online. Once we get there we were treated with kindness and respect. But when we asked about the price we saw online they shut it down saying that price came from a 3rd party and we won’t honor that. Automatically adding $1,500 road hazard and tire protection. This was way before we spoke with the finance guy telling us it’s an addendum and they couldn’t remove it. Adam and Paula are always super welcoming when I come for my oil change always get me in and out super nice there it’s where I always take my car
I have been using Gabriel Jordan since 2018 when I purchased my car there. Paula and Adam in their service department always take exceptional care of my vehicle and my peace of mind.
Even though I scheduled the service at the wrong dealership they got me in with no issues.
