I was on a business trip and needed an oil change on my pickup. This was my first time to visit the Buick GMC dealership in Kilgore Texas. They were very friendly and professional. The oil change was completed before the promised time. Good experience over all.
Customer service is great, service is great, everything about this place is amazing!!! Highly recommend
Service department was very friendly and knowledgeable. I made an appt. arrive early and the service group started the service right away. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was in and out in a very reasonable time frame which was a nice surprise. I would recommend this dealership service team. Thank you and keep up the great work.
