I don’t like the way people who don’t have obvious wealth are treated. I had been a patient for years but I see now it was only because I had preferred insurance and could write a big check. As soon as I attempt to schedule a consult for my 6 year old granddaughter who is suffering from eczema and who will be staying with me this summer, I saw an ugly side of this practice. Horrible experience!
I have known Dr Martinez-Diaz since 2015. He is simply excellent. All of my needs - cosmetic, medical and procedural dermatology are all addressed in a timely and efficient manner. His West loop office is beautiful and his staff is extremely professional and friendly. I have referred countless of friends and loved ones to his care and everyone raves about him. I’m extremely fortunate to call him my dermatologist and know that everyone is well taken care of by him and his team!
