If I could leave a 0 I was because I received no services because I was 1 min late, this is Charleston where there is constant traffic and I was a new patient and parking, and navigating which building and suite was new to me. So I walked in at 11:01 (apt was 10:45) and the receptionist was INCREADIBLY RUDE for no reason and said I missed my grace period by 60 seconds.. 60 SECONDS. I would never come back there, hire staff that shows at least some professionalism...
Dr. Chedister is very knowledgeable and has a great ability to relate to and understand the patient’s concerns. His staff is very friendly and efficient.
2nd time back and very pleased with DR. He has shared important info on my last visit based on an exam. I was previously there and frustrated but the DR. Certainly made good.
