Top of the line agent, and what we like was he is an even better person. Our transaction was so smooth and Gabriel was there by our side from offer to close. Prompt return of text messages and phone calls. You would be silly to even consider a different person or compmay when buying or selling your home.
It's been a year since I've met Gabriel Baez for our real estate needs to deal with my mother's probated house. Let me start at the beginning. When I first met Gabriel, he came to my house and he wrote up an estimate to list my mother's house and it was amazing because the quote that he wrote up was $4000 less than what the house sold for.
