I just had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Nossa’s Office today. He was so nice and very thorough. The staff were very nice.
The entire staff at Gainesville Complete Dentistry is phenomenal! I truly appreciate the compassion, patience, and excellent service I receive at each visit. I highly recommend Dr. Nossa and Dr. Mcllvaine to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nossa and was charged $100 to reserve it, with the understanding that the fee would be refunded if I canceled at least 48 hours in advance. I canceled on time, but the refund was not processed until I called to request it. When I later called back because the last four digits of the card they claimed to refund did not match my card, the staff member was extremely rude. I just got dental implants here and cannot recommend the office enough! Dr Nossa is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to explain his thought process and what he’s trying to achieve in simple terms so you can understand. The team here is incredibly nice, always making you feel comfortable and doing their best to help. Cannot recommend this office enough, if there was a sixth star they would be getting it!! If you are looking to get a mandibular advancement device for sleep apnea in Gainesville, you need to see Dr. Nossa. He provides very thorough, compassionate care and is extremely knowledgeable about bite abnormalities, sleep apnea, and MAD devices . His team is very wonderful. It was absolutely worth the investment in my sleep quality, and I can not recommend them enough.
