Well, living here could be great if breaking into cars and car thefts would stop. In addition, the often deployment of fire alarms can leave you deaf and the constant leaf blowers, from all surrounding buildings, is too much. Also, the crystal clear conversations heard from adjacent apartments and the basement flooding everytime it rains its crazy.
We loved renting here. It’s clean, well kept, and quiet. You can walk to so many restaurants and the golf course is right across the street.
Building problems, association members only do things that benefit them, and show hatred to renters. Also, you can hear everything thru the walls and the plumbing is the worst.
