What's pushing me to write this review is they force residents to switch to the notorious Fetch package for package delivery: it makes the package arrive later than direct delivery, easily lost in their suspicious "warehouse", and when you renew the lease it will be a $25 MANDATORY MONTHLY FEE for much worse service (yes you can already see it on the leasing website). Now it also has same issues other comments mentioned, including people smoking in the garage and trash in stairways. Used to have good management but going dow... read more
