I wanted to bring a few ongoing issues to management’s. A cleaning company has been repeatedly placing business cards on vehicles multiple times. Since this is a private community, this type of solicitation should likely be monitored or addressed. Parking has also become difficult at times because workers or non-residents appear to be using resident parking spaces, leaving residents without parking near their buildings. Nice interiors on all of the apartments, lake is great for walks, management is helpful!
