Disappointing Experience with Management My balcony has been covered in a significant amount of dust and debris from exterior work performed by the property’s contractors. I asked management to have it cleaned once the work is completed, but the property manager said she could not even guarantee that someone would be sent to clean it. I lived in this apartment community for three years, and one of my biggest regrets was renewing my lease for another year. The biggest issue is the package delivery system. Since they switched to Fetch, many of my packages have been returned because the delivery drivers often don’t even attempt to leave them. This has become an ongoing and extremely frustrating problem.
