The trash room has been out of service for several days, and the street in front of the building has now become dirty, littered with trash, and extremely unpleasant due to the odor. This is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of attention from management to basic cleanliness and sanitation. Residents should not have to live with these conditions.

Atmosphere is amazing and the office is super helpful and very friendly. Maintenance is very quick. I love living at this community. Kristy, the Manager, and Amy and Priscila in the office are very kind and always happy to say hi.
