Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Ed and Ana are so amazing! Always helpful and always with the best attitude. The maintenance team is literally 10/10 They’re absolutely incredible. In the 3 years I lived here I never waited more than 24 hours for them to resolve whatever issue I could have. I’m moving to a house now but I’m going to miss it here so much!
I've had a great experience living in Gables Water Street apartments this past year. The office staff is very attentive and friendly, the maintenance area is excellent, a very clean and cozy place. We love all the get together and parties that are set up for us to enjoy. Thank you very much for all that yall do to keep the place lively and friendly.
