Very friendly and helpful maintenance team that goes above and beyond to address issues with your unit and the building. Had my microwave handle break off due to age and they fixed the handle, a couple days later they replaced the entire microwave for a newer model. For other issues, they have always been efficient and prompt to address them.
I cannot say enough great things about the entire maintenance crew at this apartment complex. From start to finish, they have been nothing short of professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. Gables Upper Kirby is a convenient and easy to live-in apartment complex. Ana Rivera, the general manager, does a great job and is the best manager I have had at an apartment complex. Gables Upper Kirby is very conveniently located in the central Kirby Drive commercial area. I like that Whole Foods is just across the street on Alabama.
