Management is mediocre, dealt with a faulty ac unit that caused my electric bill to be 5x normal price and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me for the extra $600-800 spent. They now have an extreme amount of vacant apartments and somehow are raising the rent due to a “renovation “ literally just new paint on the outside of buildings.
Just moved in July 1, 2025. Thank you Ms. Jennie for the outstanding work you did as my leasing agent. You provided customer focused attention to make sure that I selected the best possible rental unit for my needs. Thank you for providing an excellent tour of the property and the amenities. Thank you for pointing out key businesses in the area, one of which was the CVS store/pharmacy which is a short walk away and is open 24 hours. All repairs are taken care of the next day, no push back or debating, they just repair or replace the next day. Excellent service
