Great Place , Jennie is amazing
I love the management in office ! Mrs. Jennie is the star of the apartment complex plus the maintenance is super quick and very efficient. Pretty small community but a perfect place to live if you’re looking for something homey .

When you go to renew your lease they will try to raise it $700 ($2800 for a 1/1 lol), but they will post it online for anyone else to rent it for 2100. We moved in our the 3rd of June 2023 our lease ended the 2nd of June 2024. Our rent was due the 3rd of every month. We paid our last months rent on May 3, 2024 assuming it was last months rent. (May 3- June 3) They tried to charged us for June 1st and 2nd with a 20% late fee. (The late fee they were basing off of $2100) Cooperate waived that once we said we were getting a law... read more
