My car keeps getting scratches on it (I seen in the reviews someone else mentioned that as well. I BETTER NOT CATCH THEM DOING IT!!) Maintenance team is the best, they respond quickly and are efficient at the job!
The service team here is awesome. They are courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. My AC stop cooling as they were closing for the first time in over a year of living here, which is a direct result of management performing preventive maintenance. I believe the service tech was Greg and one other tech that stayed and made the repair. They ensured that my air was cooling to my liking. Jean! She is the main reason I would recommend this property. She took care of me from start to finish. She emailed after hours. She called on my behalf. She didn’t get annoyed by my anxious calls and all of my questions. She is AMAZING!
***Update 06/11/2025*** Again, I recently had to put in another request to fix leak I reported multiple times since 2022. I have spoke with multiple managers about it and there maintenance team has done multiple visits to see the damage area. Mold and Mildew has developed before in the area.They just keep sending vendors to paint over the damaged area and every time it rains the damage reappears in an even worst condition.
