ROACHES! I have absolutely never had this problem until a tenant in my building moved out. Normally, I may see a large “water bug” outside near the stairs or 1 inside once or twice a year, but that has never been an issue inside my apartment. There is a serious bug problem here coming from someone who keeps a clean space & that needs to be addressed immediately. While many of the reviews seem to be based on how impressive the tours are, actually living here has been a completely different experience. I was initially excited to move in, but my experience has been a major disappointment. The pest issue has become increasingly frustrating, and residents deserve a clean and comfortable living environment, with rent being as high as 1,500 just for 1 bedroom.
