Such an awesome experience living here. Really feels like a neighborhood, leasing staff knows everyone by name and apartment. Incredible customer service experience all around. Especially Ms. Jean!! Will miss living here.
I’ve been living here for a year and just renewed. I don’t really need much, but Jean on the leasing team really listened and cared about what I cared about when choosing a place to live. A year later, she still remembers my name. She and the manager, Kenneth, did a lot for me to be able to stay; I’d say incredibly generous on their part.
I've only been here for about 2 weeks, so things could change, but so far I love my new place. The units are older, so if you're used to newer luxury builds, it might be a shock when little things aren't quite right. That being said, any issues I've had since I moved in have been taken care of. Maintenance is awesome. Usually, I hate when maintenance comes into my place, but not here. My issue was resolved in 2 minutes. The gentleman knew exactly what to do and effectively resolved my problem.
