The area in the last 8 months I lived there really became unsafe with drug deals in the parking lot and gun violence behind building 10 not to mention very loud/ odor filled residents that live there. I broke my lease early to get out of there, I never thought I would find myself needing to leave so badly. Please read the terms and conditions of their lease agreement. My attorney had never seen anything written so badly to take as much as they can from a resident leaving a complex.
Just be aware that at the end of your lease they will go up $150+ per month on your rent when you renew and the month to month is $2,400 for a $1,300 apartment. Bad business practices in my opinion. They should be up front with these numbers before you sign your initial lease. Also note that the spiders and roaches on the first floor have been horrible. Be sure to read all of the bad reviews.
Wish I could give this place zero stars. Completely disgusted and dissatisfied with these apartments. These people received my deposit ON TIME and rent money ON TIME EVERY TIME! When I moved out at the end of November they only returned part of my deposit to me and no one can seem to explain WHY they have kept a portion of my deposit.
