Ms. Jean was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire leasing process. From the initial tour to signing the documents and receiving the keys, she made everything smooth and stress-free. She answered all of my questions promptly and maintained a positive, welcoming demeanor the entire time. I truly appreciate her support and guidance during the process, and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new apartment.
MOLD. I tried for over half of my lease for the property to address my issues and concerns but there was almost zero urgency and communication from the leasing office. There was mold literally coming from the air vents and maintenance literally tried to repair the issue by wiping the vents with Clorox wipes.
