Their employees can't be trusted with personal info and actions are not taken against said employees that take that info to hit on someone🤷♀️ very inappropriate.
Apparently this business finds it acceptable to use a customers personal information to contact them and hit on them. unprofessional.
Workers have used personal information intended for business purposes for personal (creepy) reasons. The owners deny that anyone that works there could possibly do that, so nothing is being done about it. So if you want a creepy stalker then this is the place for you!
I came in last Wednesday and the man who fixed my spare tire so I could go to a store that sold the tires I needed. Later that night I received text messages from the man who fixed my spare telling me he finds people like me very attractive. I called this morning to let the owner know his employee misused information and he said it was "highly impossible" that this employee did that. Don't go here unless you want to be harassed. I'm attaching the first two screenshots of my conversation with the employee.
Gable's needs to recheck their mission statement. honesty and integrity is lacking here Initially I thought they did good work and came highly recommended from my former co-workers at CNH. so I recommended them to my roommate and mom as well. I'm rescinding that recommendation because of the incredibly inappropriate conduct of one of their employees and the owner's decisions to defend him saying "it would be impossible" that this employee took customer information in order to text his sexual thoughts. Disgusting
An employee used a customer's information to reach out and hit on them. When the customer reported it, Gables denied that this person would do that. This is not okay. A customer should be able to feel safe using a service. I just moved to the Narvon area and was hoping to get some auto work done on my car this week (leaking hose and some body work) and now I know not to use this service. when employees harass customers and the customer complains, the owner ignores them. this is completely unacceptable.
