They do not respond to any emails or phone calls. They will literally ignore you. For the amount we pay, we should be able to get into contact with them! Edit: one week later, still no responses. Also; the ev charging stations have no signs that state that it’s EV only parking spots, so youre lucky if you can even park and charge! They don’t enforce anything here! Such a free for all at this community…

Beautiful property with a friendly staff. The complex was RICH in amenities. If you’re looking for proximity to shopping, eateries, golf courses and the beach, it’s a grand slam. :)
