Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe living conditions at Emory Point. This building has two elevators, and both have been out of service or dangerously malfunctioning for months: Elevator #1: Broken for several months. Almost every time I try to use it, it gets stuck on the first floor with doors that won’t close. It takes 3 - 4 minutes of repeated attempts before the doors finally shut, and when this happens, the other elevator cannot even be called. Elevator #2: Even worse. Over the past few months, Lee has helped both of my daughters and found the perfect units for both. She helped me in the application process when snappt was not working and made sure that the unit stayed reserved for us during that time.
