Severe cockroach problem hopefully this gets fixed.
The apartments are very noisy. It sounds like the people above you are coming thru the floor. Paper thin. The apartment was filthy when we received it, didn't even look like they made any attempts to clean it before we moved in. The amenities area are nice, that's where they get you, after that nothing much good afternoon that. The common hallways are always look dirty as well as elevator floors.
