Ok so let me start by saying this not a negative review. It’s an honest one. The 3 stars is because in totality the experience from my pov was just regular. I had a wonderful experience with Kei from the leasing office today! My car needed a jump-start, and unfortunately, no one in the parking lot was able to help. I went to the leasing office, and thankfully, Kei had a set of jumper cables she was able to lend me. Her kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Im moving closer to the city for work in a couple months and have started touring properties. Gables Mill felt clean and safe and the office workers were very professional and attentive to my situation. I'm highly considering moving there!
I use the app on my cell phone to unlock my apartment door. A few days ago I left my cell phone in my place and couldn’t remember my code and locked myself out, lol. Thank you Kei and Bryan for being so courteous, helpful and kind and providing me access to gain entry into my apartment. 😊
When I tell u this was a great experience!! Especially Bryan he gave me a great tour and informative about the neighborhood. Me and my family love outdoor activities and having a nature trail and river access is great 10/10
