Demaine responded to my emergency maintenance call at 11 PM immediately and was very kind and quick to respond! He was able to quickly and easily fix the solution. I really appreciate his responsiveness!
I am currently a resident of Gables Mill and My family and I have been here for 19 months . I definitely would NOT recommend this Apartment complex! The bugs are everywhere and the exterminator service /company that they use is NOT doing their job! I have scheduled to be off work, just so I could watch the person spray my apartment and I had to tell him exactly where to Spray in order to get some relief, but I still have to purchase bug traps every 2 weeks from Home Depot ! Just got some maintenance done today. Demain was super nice and super fast. Great work!
Far and away the absolute worst place I have ever lived. If there is any slight positive about this place it is the location, otherwise there are literally no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Cockroaches in every single unit, unleashed dogs, unfinished maintenance requests, horrible office staff, just all-around terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.
Sometimes maintenance can be a bit slow on repairs, but not bad compared to other complexes I've lived in. The racquetball court is a nice touch
