Adam was amazing first visit and walking through all the steps and was understanding the extent of remodel that was going to be underway. Fast forward 4 months later, he checked in with me monthly, I was finally ready for install! I had a family gathering planned following the passing of my father but our A/C stopped working in the evening. I called around 6:30 and they had a technician out first thing the next morning. Brad came out, found the problem right away, and fixed it. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. While he was there he explained a lot of the technical aspects of how it all works.
