This review is for Josh on the maintenance team! Josh is so kind and thorough with his work and really shows he cares about helping the residents. I don’t know what I’d do without Josh!
My daughter lived here for two years. There was one incident of attempted forcible entry into her unit. Emory Point just shrugged their shoulders. Upon check out, they charged us for light bulbs that were never installed when we moved in and $150 cleaning fee for the round plate in the microwave that merely needed a 15 second scrub under the faucet (simply an oversight on our part). In other words, don't expect to get your security deposit back.
5/5 stars and a big shoutout specifically to leasing agent Billy Johnson!! When I thought that there was no chance I would move-in, Billy made it happen. Billy consistently listened to and followed up with my concerns and questions, advocating for me at the highest level and helping me secures the deals I was looking for. Truly cares about his residents and 100% deserves a promotion
