Horrible! Clothes are now sent out for dry cleaning. Weren't told that until the day and time of promised pick up. The clothes weren't ready by pick up day or the day after. We went in for them two times and on Saturday evening after they were promised to arrive by 1pm they were still not there. These were for a wedding on Sunday. The employee would not help either.
