Gables Centerpointe is definitely the top place to be in in the Fairfax area. The apartment was clean and spotless no issues upon move in. Even throughout our residency anytime a maintenance issue arose, Butch and David were very quick and respectful of our space and made sure to clean behind themselves. The people that live in apartment 306 are the loudest most disrespectful people stomping around all day and night. I've gone to the manger a few time and nothing is stopping it. I know it's apartment but damn have some respect and the manager is the worst I've ever had to deal with.and the stomping had gotten worse and manager won't do anything.
It has been one of the most wonderful places we’ve stayed as a young family. Gables’ maintenance and leasing team are one of the top notch services you can find. Definitely recommend highly for anyone looking to rent.
I truly loved living here. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable , it really felt like home from the start. The layout and finishes made day to day living easy, and the whole community had a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff made the experience even better.
