I have been calling for about 3 weeks now ,Ms Debbie Walker has been so helpful, with answering my questions, Lucky I get to meet her tomorrow. Very professional. I am looking for a two bedroom apartment which she will show me tomorrow. Thank u Ms. WALKER.
I have lived here for 23 years and seen mangers come and go. Ms Debbie has really been a star. She shows that she cares about us and is always pleasant.
I've been a resident at the Gables for close to 16yrs, there have been many changes some good and bad. I believe Mrs. Debra is a change for good. She has an open door policy which allows everyone a chance to voice their opinions freely. She has patience and compassion when dealing with us seniors, which is definitely plus. Her willingness to assist in any manner even with a kind word or simple solution says alot for her character. She brings a since of togetherness that makes the Gables more family than community.
My aunt looks much younger than her years. When she applies online or on the phone she gets approved. After she goes to the property and pays the fees all of a sudden she doesn't qualify and can't get her money back. She has excellent credit and steady work. These places apparently want welfare recipients for tax credits and people over 55 still working and active can't find affordable places to live in Charlotte. The manager could have at least given my aunt some confirmation instead of the silence.
Miss Debbie gave me information I had no idea about. I appreciate her explaining to me how the Gables operate, most of all,Miss Debbie directed me to another senior apartments. Thank you.
