My aunt looks much younger than her years. When she applies online or on the phone she gets approved. After she goes to the property and pays the fees all of a sudden she doesn't qualify and can't get her money back. She has excellent credit and steady work. These places apparently want welfare recipients for tax credits and people over 55 still working and active can't find affordable places to live in Charlotte. The manager could have at least given my aunt some confirmation instead of the silence.

Candra is a positive light here and she makes us seniors feel at home.She always speaks and ask how our days are going.Thank you for sending her to the property.She helps us and we have the most fun since she has been here.

I have been a resident here almost a year.I knew this was the place for me when I met her.I am completely satisfied she made me feel like I am apart of a family not a community.I am so thankful for Candra.I also love how her and James work together.
