Nickel and dime you for everything. Had 2 dogs on the lease, took them both off at the beginning of Feb, and they won't even prorate the pet rent. Basically we're paying a whole months worth of pet rent even though they were only there a week. Outside lights are supposed to be on a timer (we pay for the lights) and they've been broken for well over 6 months. The office keeps claiming they're working on it. Greedy company. Office staff talks down to you like you're stupid. Exactly why we aren't renewing. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Horrible place to live! Service is horrible and slow, and that is if they even respond to you. When they do, it is very snobby and unprofessional. You will know real quick if they dont like you, because they will make up fake penalties that are not in the contract or handbook. I thought since we were paying more than normal apartments this size, it would be good. Worst mistake ever!
