I brought my highly reactive dog, Pepper, and I am so impressed with the level of care here. The staff was incredibly patient and prioritized her comfort the entire time. They were kind, professional, and made great suggestions for her ongoing care, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend for anyone with a nervous or fearful pet!
I like the place and the staff. But I didn’t like that I was on time for my appointment and they made me wait for 40 minutes. I understand that things happen, but they should take an active roll at managing customer expectations - “we are running behind, we apologize, here is a treat for your dog” - instead, it felt like the front desk person was hiding from me. I've always had a good experience here. only con is if you go when they're busy, it can be crowded bc it's a small lobby space.
