So glad I found them - the best doctors and staff! Alex was incredible, and the staff was so friendly. We will definitely be returning, as we have found our vet. Thank you so much for taking care of my dog, who has been extremely sick and vomiting for the past four days. I really appreciated Alex recommending that we start with just an anti-vomiting shot, which turned out to be the best and most affordable option before proceeding with x-rays and bloodwork. I like the place and the staff. But I didn’t like that I was on time for my appointment and they made me wait for 40 minutes. I understand that things happen, but they should take an active roll at managing customer expectations - “we are running behind, we apologize, here is a treat for your dog” - instead, it felt like the front desk person was hiding from me. Almost 6 years, 7 vets, 4 states and 2 surgeries later, vet tech Alex finally confirmed a hernia in my tiny maltese backside. The surgeon here is very experienced and it shows, every other vet was guessing or suggesting $5k biopsies, here they knew immediately just by expressing his anal glands.
