Worst management ever . She is always rude and defensive . She tells you can’t have things on your deck but then allows others to do whatever they want.  She doesn’t like me because I have children bottom line. Completely unprofessional.  Left me for days when I had a water leak, no toilet , etc  as maintenance is unreliable. ..

Worst landlord and property I have ever lived at. Takes months to fix relatively simple maintenance items. Very rude and sarcastic office personnel who also gossip about residents. Take pictures of everything when you leave. They charged me for cleaning "ceiling fans" when I had no ceiling fans in my entire apartment on top of other bogus charges just to keep my deposit.

Hi Becki, so I’ve tried to talk with you all day and haven’t gotten anywhere, you want full rent plus the application fee all by tomorrow and I don’t have it. Your reviews are horrible and your attitude is nasty. Your just money hungry, start treating your tenants with respect and actually be a kind human being, that actually doesn’t cost a dime. We recently had a BED BUG infestation in our building at Tower Village in Oshkosh. No one told us! Over the years, problems with my refrigerator, toilet, and garage door have not been resolved in a timely manner. The lock on the building entry was broken for well over a year, the front sidewalk remains a tripping hazard, and the dryer continuously breaks. If an issue is not an “emergency” or followed up on, often it is ignored.
