Worst landlord and property I have ever lived at. Takes months to fix relatively simple maintenance items. Very rude and sarcastic office personnel who also gossip about residents. Take pictures of everything when you leave. They charged me for cleaning "ceiling fans" when I had no ceiling fans in my entire apartment on top of other bogus charges just to keep my deposit.
Hi Becki, so I’ve tried to talk with you all day and haven’t gotten anywhere, you want full rent plus the application fee all by tomorrow and I don’t have it. We recently had a BED BUG infestation in our building at Tower Village in Oshkosh. No one told us! Over the years, problems with my refrigerator, toilet, and garage door have not been resolved in a timely manner. The lock on the building entry was broken for well over a year, the front sidewalk remains a tripping hazard, and the dryer continuously breaks. If an issue is not an “emergency” or followed up on, often it is ignored.
I be been renting since February and have never had to deal with such unprofessional behavior. I needed to get a place fast and really liked the apt. I wish I took more time looking now. They NEVER get back to you and very rude when they do! The manager nit picks on EVERYTHING my kids and I do. I have never had any issues until I rented from them. Horrible horrible. Price is cheap for the luxury apartments, but cheap for a reason. It's nothing more than a glorified ghetto. Leaky patio every time it rained, extremely noisy upstairs neighbor that nothing was done about, and Geri in the apartment office is a terrible human being that lacks any kind of respect. If you want to rent this place because it's cheap, please PLEASE DON'T!!
My husband and I were very excited to move into Wittmann Park apartments since they were affordable and in our desired location. The apartment itself is not bad but forget about any type or maintenance or cooperation from management. Rude, rude, rude!! We left several messages for the pervious manager about leaky windows, spiders and a broken screen door, no one ever returned our calls so we left a message at the main location, no return call finally after 10 months of living here and 3 calls with voicemails later to the new... read more
My husband and I lived in the oshkosh apartments for over a year , when we had an opportunity to buy a place of our own we moved out. We cleaned it out as agreed on the lease and left the keys. We then received a phone call that they were going to take us to court for destroying the apartment! Becuase there was a closet door that kept falling off the track so it was perfectly fine kept against the wall , and their cheaply made blinds literally fell apart in one room that were kept in the room. Very Unfair and Unwelcome!
have lived in Shadow Creek apartments for almost 18 months. i was told when i gave them my security deposit, i was told that they would need 30 days yet, so the apartment could be painted...not so..i have kept up on them (on and off)until they agreed to have it painted. but on the day it to happen, they canceled the appoiontment, due to that i wanted the painters to move my furniture.(i live by myself)also on a very windy rainy night, i was sitting in my living room and could hear rain drops...it was raining on the inside of... read more
Went without a working toilet for 3 months... on top of broken garage doors, dishwasher, food disposal... Horrible Horrible Scumlords!!! Had to go to the office and complain over and over again... I have never been happier to move away from Gabert and Rusch Properties... Not worth the rent... Renters, RUN!!!
