Stunning high ceiling and windows loft with a unique layout. John was extraordinarily patient and amenable with all of my questions, timeline and requests. He was responsive via text and call.
Heads up, Don’t book your tour for a Saturday. I booked online and showed up to no one there and finally got a hold of someone who said there are no tours on saturdays.
Management is non existent. I have had charges added to my rent that should not be there and no one will return my emails to have to matter resolved. the units are nice sure, as long as you don't have issues where reaching out to management is required. zero amenities and packages are stolen 90% of the time. save yourself the headache and money and dont move here.
Property management is asking for too much rent and honestly I've been here for 9 years it was immaculate and spotless but now pretty gross. Flooring needs to be replaced in the common areas of the building and carpet as well as a nice paint job other than white! I saw that someone from the property management said in response to a review from a resident 5 months ago that they were going to do some improvements. Hasn't happened yet.
