Trying to reach somebody here to get a quote, or even on the phone, is like using 2 cans and a string. From Dallas to For Worth. I wish they would change that
GA installed all my windows 20 years ago and replaced 4 of them this summer. I had a good experience with the estimator and the installer was great. I recommend GA for your aluminum window needs.
Have paid for non-rendered services; they have mislead me to missing two days of work for technicians that do not show up. And now I am told they are going out of business 11/3/18. Filed BBB complaint for what it's worth. Guess legal action is next. Worst customer support I've ever experienced.
This company is completely unprofessional and rude to work with. The builder sales rep is inept and does not know how to write up an order correctly. His boss Martin January, the alleged manager of this location, is incredibly rude and condescending when faced with a respectful inquiry regarding a problem with a window order. This company royally screwed up an order, it took weeks to get them to admit to their mistakes and fix the problem, and they continued to make more mistakes and try to charge the account holder for it. ... read more
Not organized and bad customer service. After a week delay of ording windows I was told the "sales lady" was out of the office. Then I was told the "sales lady's" computer is down. When I asked if their company only had one computer the lady said yes and hung up the phone.
