This place is absolutely terrible and staff is so unprofessional for this to be a psychiatric office and have the most nastiness people working at the front desk is insane it’s so hard to get whatever notes the psych has you it’s like they holding on to them with the jaws of life THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!
At this time, I don't recommend coming here for treatment. I was seen on 12/19 to do diagnostic testing and have followed up 3 times to get a call back from the provider to discuss my results. At the time of the testing, the provider was seeing another patient. I was informed by staff they will notify the provider to call me when she’s done. It’s January 6th now, no call back STILL. Avoid this place, the turnover rate of nurse practitioners speaks volumes about how this facility is managed. Let me start by saying I was a patient with Benjamins behavioral services back in 2017. G&A took over and this is when the environment change. I recently had the worse, unprofessional interaction with Olufunmilayo Ekundare, “Funmi”, (the 3rd PNP in a year)NPI #1114794260. Front staff is horrible, unprofessional and ghetto! They're rude at every visit and have absolutely no manners. The Dr I see is thorough and very knowledgeable but overall, this place needs desperately to be restaffed.
