🌟 I want to take a moment to recognize Ga-Ter Air Inc. Today I called them, and within 30 minutes they were at my house. In just about an hour, my A/C was completely fixed! JP, the technician, was incredibly polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over every step with me so I could understand what was being done. After receiving a diagnosis and repair estimate from another company (who had installed my a/c when the home was built), I decided that the price sounded ridiculously high. I called Ga-ter Air since they were truly a local company and not some service that farms out your job to whoever will take it. They came out and diagnosed the problem same day, showed up on time and provided an estimate in the range of half what the first company was going to charge. Tyler and Joey performed a preventative maintenance service on my 15 year old unit. The guys got it in tip top shape for the summer, answered all my questions about the system and cleaned up the area before they left. The service was affordable and I couldn’t be happier.
