DISHONEST & UNETHICAL!!! KNOWN FOR PRICE GAUGING! First mistake was purchasing a $1000+ STIHL trimmer from them and giving them the sale. I needed to get Trimmer Blade Cleaner and they deceptively up-charged me for the product! CARLOS the owner told me "the prices went up recently". It clearly stated that day on STIHL's website that the product was $11.99 and I could go pick it up at my dealer (GA's Lawnmower Service/Carlos) for that price. Replaced parts that I did not ask for. Very dishonest. Did not want to give estimate first. Will not go back..
BUYER BEWARE!!! Spoke with Carlos the owner, he gave me prices on the phone. I went into to buy the item and he increased the price on me! As you can see from previous reviews this is a pattern of unethical behavior and bad business. He not only does this on retail but also on services/repairs as well.
