I phoned GA Perry to arrange for a Plumber to fix two leaking taps. Receptionist was polite and arranged for a Plumber the same day. When he arrived he looked at the taps and said "there is nothing I can do as they are ceramic type washers/fittings".... I was then charged $165 for this information.... Why did they not ask what type of taps I had before sending out the Plumber..... Not Happy Jan.....
