Don’t use them they are terrible
My firm used them for payroll. At first the service was good but after an aqcuisition it became an impersonal company with poor customer service. I definitely would recommend against using their services.
We were clients of G&A Partners for over 15 years. During that time, we maintained a professional and collaborative relationship and never once breached our obligations. Unfortunately, when we chose to transition away — for reasons unrelated to performance — we were met with an inflexible and disappointing response. G&A enforced an early termination fee without any consideration for our long history or the goodwill we believed we had earned. I don't take leaving a bad review lightly. I know delays can happen in payroll. I've only had 2 phone interactions with this companies customer servive representative. This lady tried to use the excuse that I changed my bank on the morning of payday, Friday, and that is why they issued me a check instead of my direct deposit. That might have been the issue if I had changed it before payroll went in on Monday.
